When Rockey Laguna lost his heavyweight championship belt to Drax Spago, the former champ lay battered in his hospital bed only to learn his wife was killed on her way to console her defeated 'champion'. The new champion Drax Spago celebrated utopia by abusing drugs, and victimizing his wife. Only a loving nurse could lift Rockey from his low emotional state. With a rematch signed, Rockey shakes off his depression thru hard and painful training. As for Spago, his affection for steroids and crack causes his wife to abandon him, which goes unnoticed by the reigning heavyweight champ. His reality is now a drug world.
