Eden is accompanied on her journey by William Benson (Dale DaBone), a man who we find out later in the film she is engaged to. So when we first see Ava and Dale make out on the beach, we think the two are giving in to pent up passion, and that Ava is so horny she can't wait for Evan before she has sex. Once we find out the two are actually engaged, this takes away from the passion of their scene...which is already over of course, but which I am guessing wouldn't be nearly as appealing to watch the second time through.
